Created by the County of Mecklenburg, the HOMES program seeks to make a difference for local homeowners by balancing general increases in the cost of living with homeownership support, the most important financial investment for many. county residents. This is one of the many support programs offered by Mecklenburg County that continues to be particularly helpful as the cost of living increases and COVID-19 continues to impact families in our community.
