Erie County is full of dog friendly events

Every dog ââhas their day, and those tail wagging days could easily be spent in Erie County this summer.
Furry friends (and their owners) are in for a treat as the hours and dog parties return to Erie County, offering everything from food and live music to raffles and dog costumes. .
Not only can you and your four-legged friend enjoy a day or an evening, but you can also support organizations like ANNA Shelter, Therapy Dogs United, Erie Humane Society and others.

Details: Slobberfest is Droopy Basset Hound Rescue’s annual fundraiser. On the theme of the circus. Games, raffles and food, as well as claw trimming and ear cleaning for dogs.

Details: Join the Erie Humane Society, iRock Fitness, and certified yoga instructor Lindsay Meighan for a 60-minute yoga session with adoptable puppies. Each class session will be limited to 30 guests with social distancing in place. Participants provide their own mats.

Details: The Distance / Accuracy competition is a fast-paced event in which teams attempt to score points by making as many catches as possible in various scoring areas within the allotted time.
