Information on traveling supporters | Brighton Against Wolves

Around 3,000 supporters will lead the Amex for the 7:30 p.m. kick-off, which is live on BT Sport for fans who are not traveling to see the action.

But for fans heading to East Sussex, here is a compendium of information that will be useful to them before they make the trip.

Covid Security Information

If you are not feeling well with symptoms of Covid-19, or cold or flu-like symptoms, please do not attend the match.

With the implementation of the government’s “Plan B”, the Covid-19 status certification controls WILL BE be in place for Wednesday’s game and visiting Wolves fans are urged to cooperate with Brighton staff who will be screening supporters to present proof of vaccination status, proof of a negative Covid-19 test or ‘an exemption and produce photo ID before entering the Amex.

Proof of vaccination or a negative test accompanied by a valid photo ID is a requirement of entry for this match, and failure to comply with this survey verification will mean that access to the stadium will not be granted. and tickets will be blocked.

In addition to this, all supporters with a ticket to the match will be sent a self-report link by email that they have MUST finish before the game.

Supporters can get an NHS Covid Pass through the NHS app or the NHS website. Details on how to get an NHS Covid Pass are available here.

All children under the age of 18 are exempt from Covid certification checks.

Supporters are encouraged to wear a face mask, unless otherwise specified, when entering and returning from the stadium and when moving in all internal areas of the stadium. The only exception will be while eating or drinking. Fans are also strongly recommended to wear masks inside the stadium bowl at all times.

Match day information

For Wednesday’s match, Brighton is running a travel program, where supporters can use public transport in the club’s travel area on production of their match ticket displayed digitally on their mobile phones.

All supporters are encouraged to plan their trip carefully and are strongly encouraged to arrive early and allow extra time for pre-match checks, as well as mobile ticketing entry procedures.

For supporters traveling by train, Southern is providing additional services, and allowing supporters to park for free in the car parks at Brighton and Lewes stations, so supporters can park at either station and use rail services to and from Falmer. Please note that parking will be available from 5.30pm to 11.00pm on a first come basis, so please arrive early.

Trains from Falmer to Brighton will not stop at Moulescoomb or London Road.

There will also be two open parks and rides, Mill Road (BN1 8ZF) and Brighton Racecourse (BN2 9XZ). All venues will be open from 4.30 p.m. and supporters are strongly advised to arrive early, as parking spaces will be allocated on a first served basis.

Any group wishing to come to the match by coach or minibus must reserve a parking space via supporter.services@brightonandhovealbion.com. Seasonal fan groups who have already contacted Brighton are already pre-registered.

Please note that there is no local street parking available for football supporters, as all areas near the Amex have a resident parking system, and enforcement officers will be on hand. on patrol.

Village Way will be extremely busy and crowded, and supporters are advised to avoid this area both before and after the match, unless they have pre-booked parking.

Fans must abstain and bags must be A4 size or smaller. Suitcases and large bags are not allowed in the stadium and Brighton does not have a storage area. Solid containers and bottles are not permitted in the stadium and only transparent plastic water bottles of 500ml or less will be permitted, with bottle caps confiscated upon entry.

Turnstiles open at 5.30 p.m. before kick-off and refreshments are available at Brighton catering units outside the stadium in the supporters’ area, where visiting fans are welcome, as well as at kiosks at inside the halls.

The Amex is a cashless stadium, so supporters are encouraged to bring a debit or credit card with them to purchase refreshments.
