Cybersecurity firm Tesserent will consolidate its portfolio of companies acquired under its own brand.

According to a statement issued to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), brands to be consolidated include Airloom, Pure Security, Rivium, Secure Logic and iQ3.

Its New Zealand branch will also integrate the services of Lateral Security, based in New Zealand, which retains its brand image.

The decision to consolidate its brand should make the most of its organic growth, according to the statement, the integration of the brand and visual identity being a “key element” of its strategy.

Away from its main brand, its existing business units – Defend, Detect, Cloud and NZ – are expected to use the services of the consolidated brands, with integration expected to take place by the end of August.

The Tesserent Defend unit will use the services of Airoom, Pure Security and Rivium.

Meanwhile, the Tesserent Detect unit is configured to use the capabilities of Secure Logic and Pure Security, and Tesserent Cloud will take the services of iQ3 and Pure Security.

As with Tesserent NZ, side safety will be used in this unit, as well as those in the Defend, Detect and Cloud units.

North Security and Seer Security, which are currently generating “considerable success” for Tesserent’s federal government offerings, remain outside of brand consolidation and will continue “as is,” the company said.

“There is currently a targeted pipeline of potential opportunities and the company will update the market as these progress through the due diligence process,” Tesserent added.

Additionally, the company is looking to roll out a new website, logo, and color scheme, which are expected to roll out gradually over the next 90 days.
